How often do you deliver for the meal plans?

We deliver twice per week, Monday and then Wednesday or Thursday depending on the address, you can also order your plan for a Tuesday
Why is the web shop closed?

Our web shop closes every Saturday night, so we have enough time to prepare for Monday deliveries, and reopens on Monday again
Can I customize my plan?

Yes, get in contact with us, tell us what you are looking for, or send us your macros
Where can I choose my meals for a meal plan?

You can find the menu under the meal plan section, or we can send it to you
Can I have a vegetarian or vegan meal plan?

Yes, just ask us for the options or state which type you like, and we will prepare meals according to it
How long can you keep the meals for?

You can keep the meals in the fridge for 3 days
What time is the delivery?

Delivery starts from 9 am till 2pm, we deliver by area, so cannot always guarantee an exact timing
Do you cater to offices?

Yes, we deliver daily lunches, or sharing meals for events
